This course offers 19 videos with rolling techniques for individual body parts as well as upper and lower body rolling and stretching sequences, a warm up practice, and a full body roll out.
It's also a mini course in basic and practical anatomy with a 56 page manual complete with images of each muscle group and an expanded glossary on postures that will heat, stretch, and roll each group. Each rolling technique is rated with a heat scale from 1-4 chilis so you can decide how spicy you'd like to go!
The videos can be practiced sequentially for a tour of full body techniques and also used on as as needed basis when you need to focus on a particular area.
